In rare cases, PNGD has been attributed to systemic medications. Here we report one case of a cutaneous injection-site reaction that occurred after intradermal administration of an experimental Wilms Tumor 1 (WT1) protein-derived peptide vaccine in a woman being treated for recurrent ovarian cancer. This is the first reported case of a PNGD-like reaction associated with immunotherapy injections.
