SCRM, perceived usefulness, and usability shape the intention to use blockchain, while digital transformation enhances supply chain resiliency. This research contributes to the existing literature by confirming the relevance of the technology acceptance model in blockchain adoption and by highlighting the importance of digital transformation in supply chain resiliency.
