This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is the BMT NU Cermee Branch customers who use the BMT NU-Q application, namely 184 customers, while the sample was determined at 114 respondents. The data source in this research is primary data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that partially ease of use does not have a significant effect on customer interest in using the BMT NU-Q application. Usefulness has a significant effect on customer interest in using the BMT NU-Q application. Security also has a significant effect on customer interest in using the BMT NU-Q application. And promotions also have a significant effect on customer interest in using the BMT NU-Q application. 摘要
本研究旨在找出哪些因素会影响客户对使用 BMT NU-Q 应用程序的兴趣,因此,本研究试图通过选择易用性、实用性、安全性和推广等变量,使用技术接受模型(即技术接受模型)来确定哪些因素会影响客户对使用 BMT NU-Q 应用程序的兴趣。本研究采用定量方法。研究对象是使用 BMT NU-Q 应用程序的 BMT NU Cermee 分行客户,即 184 名客户,而样本则确定为 114 名受访者。本研究的数据来源为原始数据。数据分析方法为多元线性回归分析。研究结果表明,部分易用性对客户使用 BMT NU-Q 应用程序的兴趣没有显著影响。实用性对客户使用 BMT NU-Q 应用程序的兴趣有显著影响。安全性对客户使用 BMT NU-Q 应用程序的兴趣也有重要影响。促销对客户使用 BMT NU-Q 应用程序的兴趣也有显著影响。同时,易用性、实用性、安全性和促销同时对客户使用 BMT NU-Q 应用程序的兴趣有显著影响。
