Key findings from the literature review highlight the significance of establishing clear communication channels, promoting active listening, providing constructive feedback, fostering empathy and emotional intelligence, clarifying roles and expectations, implementing effective conflict resolution strategies, promoting cultural sensitivity, investing in communication skills training, and encouraging continuous learning and improvement. These findings underscore the multifaceted nature of workplace communication and its profound impact on organizational dynamics. Certain gaps and limitations within the existing literature are identified, including limited exploration of the intersection between communication practices and emerging technologies, the lack of comprehensive frameworks for navigating cultural differences effectively, the need for more in-depth exploration of leadership communication styles, the oversight of communication dynamics in alternative organizational structures, and the lack of consensus on effective communication skills training methodologies. The literature offers valuable insights into enhancing workplace communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution, there remain several gaps and limitations that warrant further exploration.
