摘要

培养少数民族学生的文学能力是当今教育的必然要求。由于语言特点和社会经济条件的限制,少数民族学生在阅读和创作课文时会遇到很多困难。因此,语文教师在组织教学活动的过程中要积极主动、认真负责、乐于奉献。教师要根据学生的实际情况,灵活地、创造性地选择和运用恰当的教学方法和形式,帮助少数民族学生在听、说、读、写等方面锻炼和培养文学能力。
