Actitud emprendedora de la mujer rural frente a la desigualdad de género en post pandemia

La desigualdad de género representa una dura realidad que enfrentan las mujeres rurales. Dicha condición se exacerbó durante la pandemia de Covid 19. La investigación tiene como propósito describir la actitud emprendedora de las mujeres rurales del sureste de México, frente a la desigualdad de género en etapa de post pandemia. Se realizó una investigación cuantitativa de tipo descriptivo y transversal y se diseñó un instrumento de investigación sustentado en la revisión de literatura. La población objetivo correspondió a 214 mujeres rurales habitantes de 13 comunidades del municipio de Centro del estado de Tabasco, caracterizadas por un alto grado de marginación, pobreza y rezago social. Se encontró que durante la post pandemia, las mujeres rurales soportaron mayores responsabilidades en el hogar, pérdida de empleo e ingresos. Ante ello, el fomento de la actividad emprendedora con enfoque de género en las comunidades representa una alternativa viable de empleo e ingreso familiar.   Entrepreneurial attitude of rural women in the face of gender inequality in the post-pandemic Abstract: Gender inequality represents a harsh reality faced by rural women. This condition was exacerbated during the Covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of the research is to describe the entrepreneurial attitude of rural women in southeastern Mexico, facing gender inequality in the post-pandemic stage. A quantitative research of a descriptive and cross-sectional type was carried out and a research instrument based on a literature review was designed. The target population corresponded to 214 rural women who lived in 13 communities in the municipality of Centro in the state of Tabasco, characterized by a high degree of marginalization, poverty and social backwardness. It was found that during the post-pandemic, rural women endured greater responsibilities at home, loss of employment and income. Given this, the promotion of entrepreneurial activity with a gender approach in the communities represents a viable alternative for employment and family income.
