It is a rare entity, not yet fully characterized in terms of its clinical behavior and evolution.</p><p>Its differential diagnosis includes papillary thyroid carcinoma as well as other types of papillary carcinomas of the breast.</p><p>We review the literature and present a case with three years of follow-up and with special attention to its clinical, morphologic, immunohistochemical, genetic and follow-up features.
