Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level, the knowledge of how to choose shoes and socks, the knowledge of self-care for feet, the need for special training in education, and the patient's autonomy in diabetes care were the main factors influencing foot self-care behavior of patients with diabetic foot amputation ( P < 0.05). The total variation of CNAFF score was 49%. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨糖尿病足截肢患者足部自我护理行为的现状及影响因素。研究共纳入 250 名糖尿病足截肢患者。采用一般信息问卷、中文版诺丁汉足部功能评估（CNAFF）、糖尿病足知识问卷和第三版糖尿病态度量表调查糖尿病足截肢患者足部自我护理行为的现状及影响因素。结果显示，中文版诺丁汉足部护理行为评分为（68.32±10.35）分，糖尿病足截肢患者足部自我护理行为处于中等水平。多元线性回归分析表明，受教育程度、鞋袜选择知识、足部自我护理知识、是否需要特殊教育培训、患者在糖尿病护理中的自主性是影响糖尿病足截肢患者足部自我护理行为的主要因素（P <0.05）。CNAFF评分的总变异率为49%。研究结果表明，糖尿病截肢患者的足部护理水平有待提高，医务人员需要采取针对性的干预措施，帮助患者改善截肢后的自我护理行为，从而降低糖尿病足的复发率，提高患者的生活质量。
