Fate of small remnant pancreatic tail in splenic hilum after laparoscopic spleen preserving distal pancreatectomy: a retrospective study.

When performing laparoscopic spleen-preserving distal pancreatectomy (LSPDP), sometimes, anatomically challenging patients are encountered, where the pancreatic tail is deep in the splenic hilum.
