Sinar Harapan Roof Kebun Tebeng In Bengkulu City with totaling 32 people by using the saturated sampling technique. The result of study show that multiple linear regression, the regression equation Y = 5.234 + 0.115 (x1) + 0.169 (X2) + 0.009 (X3) is obtained. 摘要

本研究旨在确定工作培训、工作激励和职业发展对PT.Sinar Harapan Roof Kebun Tebeng Bengkulu市员工绩效的影响。本研究采用量化方法。数据收集技术包括观察、访谈和问卷调查。 研究对象为PT.Sinar Harapan Roof Kebun Tebeng 在明古鲁市的所有员工,共计 32 人。研究结果显示,多元线性回归得出回归方程 Y = 5.234 + 0.115 (X1) + 0.169 (X2) + 0.009 (X3)。通过假设检验(同时)和单独检验(部分)以及 F 检验和 T 检验,工作培训(X1)、工作激励(X2)和职业发展(X3)的决定系数 R2= 0.675 或约为 67.5%,均为 0.014。
