Based on the case study of Yunnan College of Business Management, this article analyzes the main reasons for the faculty turnover in private colleges and universities, focusing on the needs of junior faculty in terms of further training, salary, social security identity and sense of belonging, and proposes corresponding countermeasures for stabilizing the teaching workforce and promoting the sustainable development of private colleges and universities. 摘要

我国民办教育机构发展历史较短,师资队伍的主力军是青年教师。近年来,云南工商管理学院发展迅速,但青年教师流失问题已成为制约其长远发展的重要因素。本文以云南工商管理学院为例,分析了民办高校教师流失的主要原因,重点从青年教师在进修培训、薪酬待遇、社会保障认同感和归属感等方面的需求入手,提出了稳定教师队伍、促进民办高校可持续发展的相应对策。同时,也为民办高校的可持续发展提出了建议。
