In order to better understand the relations between psychological contract and turnover intention, this research tests the relation between psychological contract and job satisfaction, looks into the relation between job satisfaction and turnover intention, and examines the role that job satisfaction plays as a mediator between psychological contract and turnover intention using AMOS software for structural equation model analyses and an online survey questionnaire tool to gather the required data, the methodology focuses on a quantitative approach. The two primary conclusions of the study are that there is a statistically significant direct effect between job satisfaction and psychological contract and a statistically significant direct effect between psychological contract and turnover intention-a statistically significant direct effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention found. 摘要
