The research method used is case study. The Research subjects include faculty and department leaders, lecturers, sub-academic staff, and students. Data collection is using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitative. 摘要

本研究旨在描述发展 FIP 学生学术文化的策略及其支持和抑制因素。采用的研究方法是案例研究。研究对象包括院系领导、讲师、次学术人员和学生。数据收集采用访谈、观察和文献记录等方法。对数据进行了描述性定性分析。研究结果表明1)改善学生学术文化的策略是为科学活动提供预算资金,将学生活动与学术活动相结合,为学生提供激励和赋权,让学生参与研究活动和社区服务,开展科学写作计划和防止抄袭的培训,让学生参与各种科学竞赛活动,促进学生科学社区的形成,通过学生交流与国外大学发展学术网络,强化学术意识;2)改善学生学风的支持因素是领导的财政和非财政支持以及配套资源的可用性,而抑制因素是学生参与科学活动的积极性不高以及学生组织工作中的非科学活动过多。
