The subjects of this study were 1 class IV teacher and 26 class IV students. The method used is a type of descriptive qualitative research. The data analysis technique was carried out by qualitatively descriptive. 摘要

当然,在课堂上开展学习活动时,一定会遇到教师在学习活动中遇到的问题和障碍,比如学习兴趣。教师必须明白,所有学生的学习兴趣并不相同。因此,教师在教学过程中确实应该尽量让学生对所教教材产生兴趣或爱好。因此,需要进行有效的课堂管理,培养学生的学习兴趣。本研究旨在确定教师的课堂管理能力在多大程度上有助于培养学生的学习兴趣。研究对象为 1 名四班教师和 26 名四班学生。采用的方法是描述性定性研究。数据分析技术采用定性描述法。研究结果表明,教师的班级管理能力已能有效激发学生的学习兴趣,但由于学生学习动机不强,学习兴趣不高。
