Strategi Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Dalam Pengembangan Ekonomi Masyarakat Berbasis Potensi Lokal

Abstract. Village development is important in achieving the welfare of rural communities. The government gives villages the authority to manage their areas independently through the development of village economic instituions, namely BUMDes. Pagerwangi village as the object of this research has many economic potentials, one of which is home industry. However, the existence of BUMDes in Pagerwangi Village has not been able to integrate and lift the local economic potential of the surrounding community. The purpose of the study was to identify communities using the application of the SOAR model. This study used descriptive qualitative research method. The type of data used consists of primary data obtained through interviews and observations. Meanwhile, secondary data are obtained from RPJMDes documents, regulations, and literature. The results showed that the management of BUMDes in Pagerwangi Village has been superior in terms of Management, and opportunities for economic development of the local community have existed through the Village Shop and Smart Asset Business programs. The productive community expects the role of BUMDes will help marketing and capital and others. While the results is the creation of an increase in local community income and community economy based on local potential. Through the SOAR model, it was found that the strategies that can be proposed are 1) Optimizing village shop units and Smart Asset Business programs, 2) Providing business capital assistance program services, 3) Opening PIRT permit creation programs. Abstrak. Pembangunan desa merupakan hal penting dalam mencapai kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Pemerintah memberi kewenangan desa untuk mengelola daerahnya secara mandiri melalui pembangunan lembaga ekonomi desa yaitu BUMDes. Desa Pagerwangi sebagai objek penelitian ini memiliki banyak potensi ekonomi salah satunya ialah home industry. Namun keberadaan BUMDes di Desa Pagerwangi ini belum mampu mengintegrasikan dan mengangkat potensi ekonomi lokal masyrakat sekitarnya. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi strategi yang efektif untuk BUMDes dapat mengembangkan ekonomi masyarakat potensi lokal dengan menggunakan aplikasi model SOAR. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawncara dan observasi. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen RPJMDes, peraturan-peraturan, serta literur-literatur.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan BUMDes di Desa Pagerwangi telah unggul dari aspek Manajemen, dan peluang pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat setempat telah ada melalui program Toko Desa dan Smart Asset Business. Masyarakat produktif mengharapkan peran BUMDes akan membantu pemasaran dan permodalan dan lainnya. Sedangkan results nya adalah terciptanya peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat lokal dan ekonomi masyarakat berbasis potensi lokal. Melalui model SOAR ditemukan bahwa strategi yang dapat diusulkan adalah 1) Mengoptimalisasikan unit toko desa dan program Smart Asset Business, 2) Menyediakan layanan program bantuan modal usaha, 3) Membuka program pembuatan izin PIRT.
