摘要

研究目的本研究旨在评估CT引导下真切活检作为一种创伤较小、成本效益较高的肺部外周病变诊断技术的疗效。 方法:40 例单发肺结节患者参与了本研究,在 CT 引导下进行真切活检,然后进行常规 H&E 染色。 结果:不同的病理特征可鉴别出不同的病理特征,从而对肺癌进行初步诊断筛查 结论:CT 引导下的胸腔病变可对肺癌进行初步诊断筛查:与胸外科手术相比,CT 引导下的胸腔病灶活检是一种非常高效、经济和微创的技术。
