The aim of this study is to analyze the possibilities of using the project approach to diagnose and develop students’ supra-professional compe-tencies, to organize the presentation of the results of supra-professional competencies diagnostics in coopera-tion with employers and regional authorities during internship and employment. The use of the project ap-proach allows for motivating monitoring of the formation of students’ supra-professional competencies. This approach helps to qualitatively measure the needs, requests of employers and their offers of employment for graduates. The research uses sociological methods.
