The research describes the levels of interactivity and key characteristics of innovative learning technologies that ensure the realization of the Con-cept of development of electronic information and educational environment of military higher education institu-tion, approved in 2020. The fragment of the multilingual interactive learning system presented in the article is designed for the military personnel of the CSTO countries and can be implemented in the process of conduct-ing joint classes with this category of people.
