A random sample of 354 subjects was selected from the health unit to which they were selected. The necessary data were collected by interpersonal interview using a questionnaire during November and December 2022. Repeats, percentages, and weighted and arithmetical means were used. The E and F tests were also used. The results showed that there were two dimensions in which rural people within the health unit in the research area benefited from the quality of services, which were approximately 50% high. Results also indicated that sympathy ranked first in relative importance of the quality dimensions of health unit services, second after safety, then after tangible physical aspects, then after response and finally after dependability. The results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the researchers' average utilization of quality of services in health units when classified on the basis of satisfaction with the quality of services of health units in favour of the category of satisfied persons, while there were no significant differences between the researchers' average utilization of quality of services in health units when classified on the basis of type, practical status and social status.
