Therefore, the search for new substances with antioxidant activity is relevant in modern pharmacy.\nPurpose: Synthesis of new O-thietane-substituted acetamide derivatives of 6-methyl-2-thiopyrimidine with antioxidant activity.\nMaterials and Methods: New derivatives were obtained as a result of thiethanylation of the reaction products of ethyl 2-[6-methyl-4-(thietan-3-yloxy)pyrimidin-2-ylthio]acetate with aliphatic and alicyclic amines. The structure of the obtained biologically active substances was confirmed using standardized methods of physicochemical analysis. Individuality was controlled by thin layer chromatography.\nConclusions: Methods for the synthesis of new O-thietane-substituted acetamide derivatives of 6-methyl-2-thiopyrimidine have been developed, and the antioxidant activity of the resulting compounds has been analyzed.
