This paper, serving as a theoretical essay and methods paper, delves into the differences between English and Chinese languages within the realm of cybersecurity. It demonstrates how selected Chinese texts undergo processing using human-created natural language processing (NLP) code, employing programming algorithms and Python language libraries to extract meaningful insights for decision-making purposes. Additionally, the paper aims to enhance the understanding of the Chinese language among security experts, enabling them to glean valuable insights into the dynamic international Anglo-Sino cyber environment. Throughout the document, examples make reference to the Republic of China (ROC), also known as Taiwan, and the People’s Republic of China (PRC), colloquially referred to as Mainland China.
