There is a difference in the results between permanent employees (numbering 33) and non-permanent employees (numbering 80). The employee performance results show agreement with the employee's performance. For permanent personnel, the average performance rating is 3.72, while for non-permanent/contractual staff, it is 3.80. Based on the findings of an independent sample t-test, there is no significant difference in the performance of permanent and non-permanent personnel.
