客户是企业经营的最关键因素,因此企业需要保持客户满意度。对产品满意的客户一般会对该产品持忠诚态度。本研究旨在分析印度尼西亚 PT.Komoditi Tani Indonesia 公司大米顾客忠诚度的影响。抽样方法采用意外抽样,共有 68 名受访者。使用 WarpPLS 8.0 程序进行 SEM-PLS 分析。研究结果表明,产品、价格、地点和员工变量对顾客满意度有显著影响。产品变量、价格、地点、物理设施和顾客满意度对顾客忠诚度有显著影响。顾客满意度变量介导了产品、价格和地点变量对顾客忠诚度的影响。
