This study utilizes structural equation modeling to analyze the hypothesized relationships, employing a custom survey of managers and associates based on a literature review conducted among 347 members. The findings indicate that the influence of knowledge transfer on organizational performance in the social sphere is insignificant. This result underscores the need for organizations to develop absorption capacities and adequate organizational learning strategies, which are crucial for survival and integral growth, thus strengthening the doctrine that nourishes this type of companies. 摘要

:现有文献对社会和团结经济组织中的知识管理研究证据有限。因此,本研究旨在探讨知识转移对吸收能力和组织学习的影响,以及由此对哥伦比亚社会和团结经济组织的社会绩效的影响。本研究采用结构方程模型来分析假设的关系,在对 347 名成员进行文献回顾的基础上,对管理人员和员工进行了定制调查。研究结果表明,知识转移对社会领域组织绩效的影响并不显著。这一结果突出表明,组织需要发展吸收能力和适当的组织学习战略,这对组织的生存和整体发展至关重要,从而加强了滋养这类公司的理论。本文以知识转移、吸收能力和组织学习为重点,扩展了当前关于社会绩效的知识,为社会和团结经济组织的理论和实践做出了贡献。
