The results show that the implemention of the OCOP program in Hung Yen province has achieved many positive effects with 140 OCOP products recognized with 3-star and 4-star ratings and 50 OCOP owners participating in the rating evaluation. The OCOP products have improved in the quality with a wide range of products. However, there are some difficulties in implementing the program in Hung Yen as OCOP owners and some localities are still struggling. Moreover, OCOP products are mainly rated with 3 stars that are not commensurate with the potential and strengths of the province's key products.
