The collected brains were sectioned, and the hippocampal sub-regions were laser microdissected for RNA-Seq analysis.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The transcriptome analysis following 7 days of CBD administration indicates the differential expression of 1559 genes in dCA1 and 2924 genes in vCA1.
