Group 5:500mg/kg extract, Group 6:0.107mg/kg proviron. Three rats from each group were sacrificed two weeks after treatment and four weeks after treatment. semen and testes were collected for sperm parameters and histopathology respectively. Different doses of Persea americanapulp was able to improve the sperm quality in rats induced with caffeine in a dose and time dependent manner. Histopathological examination of the testes treated with extract showed recovery from damages caused by caffeine in dose dependent manner.
