There are some major shopping problems with the E-Commerce system. This article aims to describe the rationality of people preferring conventional shopping over E-Commerce. This article is the result of field research carried out in Banda Aceh City. Research approach using qualitative methods. The research subjects are 10 informants, and data acquisition is produced through in-depth interviews and observations with conventional buyers selected through purposive techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study are: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that there are several forms of rationality why people do not shop in e-commerce, namely: products received do not match orders, high risk of buying electronic products in E-Commerce, delayed delivery of ordered goods, avoiding online fraud, and promotions that are bound to e-commerce. 摘要

电子商务的存在并没有使人们成为购物的主要市场。电子商务系统存在一些主要的购物问题。本文旨在描述人们选择传统购物而非电子商务的合理性。本文是在班达亚齐市进行实地调研的结果。研究方法采用定性方法。研究对象为 10 名信息提供者,通过有目的的技术对传统买家进行深入访谈和观察来获取数据。本研究的数据分析技术包括:数据还原、数据展示和结论得出。研究结果表明,人们不在电子商务中购物有几种形式的合理性,即:收到的产品与订单不符、在电子商务中购买电子产品的高风险、订购商品的延迟交付、避免在线欺诈以及与电子商务绑定的促销活动。因此,传统市场所具有的优势成为其在电子商务市场中存在的资本。
