Physical examination found a fixed inflammatory parotid mass. Ultrasound of the parotid region found a mixed parotid nodule with liquid redominance. The swelling was drained. Histological examination of a biopsy specimen of the parotid gland revealed an epithelioid granuloma with caseous necrosis.
