The research community consists of all on job faculty members of Jazan University, of both genders, with job titles (professor, associate professor and assistant professor). The research community is (1153) members and distributed among different university theoretical and practical faculties.\n\n\nTo achieve the study objective, the descriptive approach is used with its analytical style. A questionnaire is used as a tool for collecting data and applied on a sample of (302) members of both genders, which represent (26,19 %) from the study community. For data analysis, several statistical methods are used such as ((Pearson Correlation, Cronbach's Alpha, Independent Sample – Test and One –way ANOVA).
