The equations are formulated in terms of the reduced Helmholtz energy and allow for the calculation of all thermodynamic properties over the entire fluid surface including the gas phase, liquid phase, supercritical region, and equilibrium states. The models are validated by comparisons with experimental data and their physical behavior is analyzed.
