In order to achieve the highest degree of artistic coloring, an attempt to monitor intertextuality and its types within the poetic text of Ibn Khafaja, relying on the descriptive and analytical approach, which is concerned with tracking the phenomenon. To reveal the extent to which the means and mechanisms of the image are achieved and to clarify their impact on the subject of the aesthetics of intertextuality, and its importance is evident in the analysis at the level of textual creativity, and to go beyond the framework of the new meaning to an old meaning, which the poet presented inside his own container, to touch the soul of the recipient, and the meaning rings on his ears repeatedly, to indicate The poet’s religious and intellectual richness, which is what the study found regarding the richness of the poet’s religious intertextuality, especially the Holy Qur’an, and after it the Noble Hadith, and after them literary intertextuality.
