The risk of bias assessment in the primary studies was performed using the Cochrane risk of bias tool for randomized controlled trials. The evidence quality was evaluated using the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation (GRADE) tool.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>From the 187 records identified, seven were selected for data collection.
