The researchers used the experimental method, and the study sample consisted of (18) players who were randomly divided into two groups: The experimental group applied the proposed mental imagery program in addition to the regular training program. As for the control group, they applied the regular training program alone. The study tool consisted of the competitive behavior scale (Harris, 1984), which was arabized by (Allawi, 1998), where the scale consisted of (20) phrases, and the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, paired sample T-test and Independent sample T-test were used. The stability coefficient was calculated using Cronbach's Alpha method, and the repetition stability (Test. R. test) by Pearson correlation coefficient was used.
