Segmental bronchial sleeve resections.

In recent years, with the widespread application of bronchial sleeve resection, many studies have shown that, compared to pneumonectomy, bronchial sleeve resections can preserve more lung parenchyma, improve quality of life of patients, and significantly reduce postoperative complications and mortality rates.
