Logistic regression analysis was applied, with a minimum significance level (<i>p</i> < 0.05).</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>About 9.10% of the older adults had cognitive impairment. Cognitive impairment was correlated with age, self-perceived health, hypertension, stroke, and mental illness.
