The study focuses on identifying the causes of uneven development of women's entrepreneurship in the regions of the republic and the implementation of state support.Findings. The authors conclude that the socio-economic development of the regions directly aff ects the entrepreneurial activity of women in the regions. The economic unevenness of regional development is refl ected in the social aspect of the level of development. The use of the economic potential of rural women is associated with the development of single-industry towns and infrastructure, as well as the development of programs that take into account the specifi cs of the regions. 摘要

本研究的目的是分析哈萨克斯坦--一个经济发展中国家和中亚国家中的佼佼者--女企业家的地区发展特点,以及后流行病时期国家支持妇女创业的政策。研究的重点是确定共和国各地区妇女创业发展不平衡的原因以及国家支助的实施情况。作者得出结论认为,各地区的社会经济发展直接影响到本地区妇女的创业活动。地区发展的经济不平衡反映在发展水平的社会方面。农村妇女经济潜力的发挥与单一产业城镇和基础设施的发展以及考虑到各地区具体情况的方案的制 定有关。然而,尽管存在支持创业的现有国家方案,但旨在让妇女广泛参与商业活动的方案还不够多,应采 取一系列措施来改善国家的创业生态系统。
