The study used PROCESS macro to test the hypothesized model.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\n<h3>Findings</h3>\n<p>The results found a significant serial mediating effect of green organizational culture and green mindfulness for strengthening the association between green transformational leadership and green creativity.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\n<h3>Practical implications</h3>\n<p>The study establishes that a transformational leadership can bring about a much-needed green turnaround and thus makes significant practical contribution.
