Multimodal ultrasonography proved relevant for malignancy. Subsequent imaging identified tumors in numerous organs, considered metastases. Ultrasonography consolidated all identified aspects. Biopsy from an adrenal mass and histological examination evidenced the presence of a malignant, metastatic melanoma with cutaneous origin.
