This research method uses a quantitative research approach. The research population was 36 teachers, hereinafter referred to as research respondents. The research results show that teacher work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. Transformational leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Transformational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on teacher performance. There is an indirect relationship between work motivation variables and teacher performance through job satisfaction.
