This research also examines and analyzes the effect of organizational climate and competence on performance through work enthusiasm as an intervening variable. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, namely a sampling technique based on certain criteria. The criteria used in this study were Indonesian Navy soldiers, especially those serving at KRI Abdul Halim Perdanakusuma 355 for at least 1 year with a total sample of 123 soldiers. The results of the study show that organizational climate and competence have a positive and significant effect on work enthusiasm and performance of Indonesian Navy soldiers. The results of the mediation test show that organizational climate and competence have a significant effect on the performance of Indonesian Navy soldiers through work enthusiasm as an intervening variable. 摘要
