If you look at the type of problem being studied, this research uses a quantitative approach, namely research that uses path analysis. The research results show that work motivation and workload each directly have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Likewise, the influence of work motivation, workload and job satisfaction each directly has a significant effect on teacher performance. The indirect effect of work motivation on teacher performance through job satisfaction is significant.
