摘要

多发性骨髓瘤(MM)免疫功能健全的小鼠模型在T细胞重定向疗法时代尤为需要,以了解敏感性和耐药性的驱动因素、优化反应并防止毒性。有三种小鼠模型已被广泛鉴定:Balb/c 浆细胞瘤、5TMM 和 Vk*MYC。去年,又有新的小鼠模型诞生,它们首次捕捉到了原发性 MM 启动事件,如 MMSET/NSD2 或细胞周期蛋白 D1 失调。然而,肿瘤发生所需的潜伏期较长以及缺乏可移植品系限制了这些模型的使用。未来的研究应侧重于超二倍体 MM 的建模。
