Phenotypes from cultures and a phylogeny based on the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions and the D1/D2 domains of the large subunit (LSU) rRNA gene were employed to characterize and identify these isolates. As a result, two new species, namely Colacogloea celtidissp. nov. and C. pararetinophilasp. nov., are introduced herein. In the phylogeny of combined ITS and LSU dataset, the new species C. celtidissp. nov. formed a clade with the unpublished Colacogloea strain (KBP: Y-6832), and together these formed the sister group to C. armeniacae, while C. pararetinophilasp. nov. was retrieved as a sister to C. retinophila. A detailed description and illustration of both new species, as well as the differences between them and their closest relatives in the genus are provided. 摘要
在对原始森林中与植物叶片相关的基枝酵母菌进行调查期间,我们在中国中部河南省宝天曼自然保护区分离到了五株高良姜酵母菌(Colacogloea)。通过培养物的表型以及基于内部转录间隔区(ITS)和大亚基(LSU)rRNA基因的D1/D2结构域的系统发育,对这些分离株进行了特征鉴定。因此,本文引入了两个新物种,即 Colacogloea celtidissp.在结合 ITS 和 LSU 数据集的系统进化中,新种 C. celtidissp.本研究对这两个新种进行了详细描述和说明,并介绍了它们与同属近亲之间的差异。本研究的结果将增加我们对中国琉璃苣苔属生物多样性的了解。
