The data were collected by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data obtained from the results of interview and observation were reduced, displayed and concluded. 摘要

本研究旨在了解针对穆斯林学生个性发展的指导与咨询项目、学生在指导与咨询项目中的个性发展情况,本研究采用了定性研究方法,研究参与者包括北干巴鲁州立伊斯兰第二高级中学的两名指导与咨询教师以及指导与咨询教师挑选的两名学生,因为他们在学习期间直接接受了指导与咨询服务。数据收集采用了观察、访谈和记录技术。从访谈和观察结果中获得的数据经过简化、展示和总结。研究结果表明:针对在校穆斯林学生人格发展的指导和咨询项目涉及所有领域--个人指导、社交、学习、职业、宗教生活和家庭生活,但职业和学习指导领域在新学年伊始学生刚进入北干巴鲁州立伊斯兰第二高级中学时借助心理测试评估得到了更多关注;学生成为了适应性强、有责任感、尊重他人、懂得感恩、有竞争力和有抱负的人。
