This study was conducted over the period of 3 months (Sept - Oct 2022) and data was collected from the residents of surgery and medicine department.Results: This study provides important insights into the well-being of surgery, orthopedics and medicine residents in a tertiary care hospital setting and highlights the need for effective burnout prevention and intervention programs.
