Additionally, the study explores the positive outcomes that stem from the establishment of affective employee commitment. Building upon previous research, this article carefully examines the relationship between various variables and affective employee commitment. The findings shed light on the causes and outcomes of affective employee commitment, highlighting its significance in achieving desirable outcomes for the organization.
