Decreasing number of sugar production at 2020 compare to 2021 is a significant phenomenon background of why this research need to be executed. The population in this study are 56 employees of PT X’s head office. Using a non-probability sampling technique, which called saturated sampling method, the data is gathered by questionnaire with Likert Scale. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. Before testing the hypothesis, the data were analyzed by testing the validity and reliability of research instruments, classical assumptions testing and model’s fit testing using a statistical software programs. 摘要
本研究的目的是找出雅加达 PT X 公司总部员工的工作动机、工作满意度和人力资源开发对员工绩效的影响。与 2021 年相比,2020 年糖产量的减少是本研究需要进行的一个重要背景现象。研究对象为 PT X 总公司的 56 名员工。 采用非概率抽样技术,即饱和抽样法,通过李克特量表问卷收集数据。 使用的分析方法是多元线性回归法。在检验假设之前,使用统计软件程序对数据进行了分析,包括检验研究工具的有效性和可靠性、经典假设检验和模型拟合检验。假设检验的结果表明,激励不会影响 X 公司员工的绩效,工作满意度不会影响员工的绩效,人力资源开发会影响员工的绩效。
