This study used qualitative research with data collection methods through observation and interviews with teachers in 13 high school / equivalent schools in Palopo City. The data analysis technique uses the interactive data analysis technique of Miles and Hubberman's theory with 4 stages of the analysis process, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results obtained from this research are that the important role of teachers in increasing students' learning motivation after the Covid-19 pandemic is very necessary to increase students' interest in learning. Interest in learning that grows well will certainly affect the achievements that will be produced by students at school. 摘要

本研究旨在了解和解释在后 COVID-19 大流行时期,教师在提高学生学习积极性方面所起作用的重要性。这样做是为了了解在在线学习方法向以前的学习方法(即面对面学习)过渡之后,教师在为学生提供支持和指导方面的作用程度。本研究采用定性研究方法,通过观察和采访帕洛波市 13 所高中/同等学历学校的教师来收集数据。数据分析技术采用迈尔斯和哈伯曼理论中的交互式数据分析技术,分析过程分为四个阶段,即数据收集、数据还原、数据呈现和得出结论。本研究得出的研究结果是,Covid-19 大流行后,教师在提高学生学习动机方面的重要作用对于提高学生的学习兴趣非常必要。学习兴趣的提高必然会影响到学生在学校所取得的成绩。由此可见,在教师教书育人的地方,专业教师将发挥激励作用,提高学生的学习成绩。
