According to the analysis results, negative work gossip has a positive and significant effect on emotional exhaustion. Positive work gossip does not significantly affect emotional exhaustion. Negative work gossip has a negative and significant effect on collaboration. In contrast, positive work gossip has a positive and significant effect on collaboration. 摘要
